The source said that,the sexy socialite - who unintentionally starred in X-rated home movie 'One Night In Paris' - says Hugh Hefner is desperate for her to feature in his famous magazine.
The 24-year-old beauty claims the magazine mogul has hounded her since she was a teenager.
She said: 'They've asked me a million times. Hef has been after me since I was 17, and I got offered a lot of money.
'I'll never do it. Why? Because I'm Paris Hilton.'

Who the hell could ever tell if this is real or fake, but an ultrasound of Angelina Jolie's baby is supposedly up for sale on eBay.com. Buying a nude photo on eBay would be personal enough, but it doesn't get much more up close than buying a picture of Angelina Jolie's uterus and baby. About the only thing I could think of more personal might be buying the ad space on the inside of Paris Hilton's vagina. And that can't be far off. Whether or not the Angelina Jolie ultrasound story is real or fake it's pretty crazy someone would sell it anyway. Even funnier is people like this jumping into the action.

Angelina Jolie is expecting twins with Brad Pitt, according to London's The Sun report.The couple confirmed last week that the star was pregnant.
An insider source said: "Angelina is overjoyed. Getting pregnant with one of Brad's children would have been God's precious gift to her."
"Now we believe she is carrying twins, Angie is in seventh heaven."
Another source told America's Celebrity Living magazine: "I understand that she's undergone fertility treatments to help her conceive and it certainly seems to have worked."
The 30-year-old actress is due to give birth in the summer.
Jolie has two adopted children - son Maddox, four, and daughter Zahara, one.

Now there's a rumor that he and Lindsay Lohan did some serious partying on New Year’s Eve!
Supposedly Leo and Lohan spent at least part of New Year's Eve together at "Prive" in Miami Beach.
The following day Lohan was admitted to the hospital due to an asthma attack, and my people say that other people say that DiCaprio snuck in a back entrance, wearing a mask, to visit her.
Jeesh, the rich are different. When I have an asthma attack I just reach for my Albuterol inhaler. I'm very well organized, and keep it with my cigarettes, since both pertain to breathing, or the lack thereof.
If it's true then I guess Leo isn't quite ready to be a groom. He's pretty young for a mid-life crisis, but then in the accelerated world of celebrity, maybe his 31 years entitles him to it.
Boy, when I had my mid-life crisis I traded in the family sedan for a Z28 Camaro, which pissed off my wife and mother-in-law.
Two weeks later the car was stolen and wrecked. I had it fixed, and not long after that my wife skidded on ice, and wrapped it around a pole. I got it fixed, and my wife promptly skidded on ice again, and mowed down a small field of saplings.
I had it fixed, again, and someone creamed it where my wife had parked it.
After another visit to the body shop, the shop owner retired rich, and I traded it in for a pair of small, sedate sedans, one for me, and one for my wife. The accidents ceased, and peace was restored to the Ippolito household.
That ended my mid-life crisis and I never got no damn Lindsay Lohan.
She was also rumored to have been hot for Joaquin Phoenix last month, and she does freely admit that she has a thing for older, bad boys, so who knows?
Anyway, Lindsay is pissed at "Vanity Fair" over an article in the current issue which discusses her supposed eating disorder and drug problems.
She says she never admitted to these things and they say they have it all on tape.
So what do you think, did they or didn’t they? I dunno, Leo has quite a gal tucked away in Giselle, but then look at Lohan above, snapped on New Year's Eve, all tricked out and tarted up. I mean, who could blame a guy?
