TMZ has learned the celebutante has put out an APB for personal items, including her journal, computers, tapes and hundreds of photos that were allegedly "illegally seized" from a storage facility, according to her publicist, Elliott Mintz.Mintz told TMZ, last week he received a call from a National Enquirer rep who said two people had contacted the tab and offered to sell the stolen items. They claimed they had purchased them at an auction. Mintz says the Enquirer rep told him the paper declined the offer.Mintz also says yesterday someone claiming to be a "celebrity photo agent" was trying to make a deal with Paris' stuff.Paris' lawyers are threatening to go after anyone in possession of Paris' possessions, Mintz warns.Mintz says Paris is "incredibly upset and angry" and feels "victimized."
