After weeks of denials from both sides, In Touch has learned exclusively that Jessica Simpson and Maroon 5’s Adam Levine are dating! The news was hot on the heels of Jessica’s soon-to-be-ex-husband Nick Lachey hooking up with former beauty queen Elizabeth Arnold.Rumors have been swirling since New Year’s about the Dukes of Hazzard beauty and the playboy singer, but pals say things really began to heat up at a pre-Grammys bash at LA nightclub Avalon on February 6.“It was like they were the only two people there,” says an onlooker, who adds that Jessica threw her arms around Adam and gave him a big hug when he arrived at the club to see Kanye West perform. “She was smiling the whole night.”A pal of Jessica’s says, “Things are really starting to heat up between them,” and while her dad/manager Joe sometimes clashed with Nick, he’s said to be happy with his daughter’s new beau. An insider says he told his wife, Tina, that Adam’s “a good kid.”
