According to a report the Star, Garner was shocked into motivation in losing weight when she saw an unfattering picture of the former toned pop tart Brit.
"The recent picture of a double-chinned Britney must have been a wake up call for Jen," says a friend of the actress. I heard pictures like that terrified her into seeing how she could become."
As a result says the source, Jen is even more determined to get back her fabulous body.
"It showed Jen that unless she shook herself out of the new mom thing she's in, she'll just sit back, eat more and soon outweigh Britney."
I think most celebrity moms can quickly get back their hot bodies after their pregnancy.

Bruce Willis dreams of having more children.The action star - who has three daughters from his marriage to ex-wife Demi Moore - has revealed he is desperate for another baby.
The 50-year-old, who is single, told US TV show 'Access Hollywood': "I want to have more kids."
Willis, who previously admitted he isn't sure if he wants to tie the knot again, insists he is still a good catch.
He said: "I've got a great sense of humour and it's still all working very well."
Last year, the 'Die Hard' star claimed sex at 50 is far better than it was at 25.
The actor said experience counts for a lot in the bedroom as he now knows how to please women.
He told America's People magazine: "It's much better at 50. You are in less of a hurry and know a few more tricks. But also just the simple fact that you are 50 and you can still do it, that's a nice little bonus by itself."
Willis - who has been linked to a string of younger beauties since splitting from Demi in 1998 - joked he may have to use sex pills like Viagra to maintain his huge appetite for sex.
He quipped: "I'm counting heavily on science!"

Sports Illustrated released their annual Swimsuit Edition, complete with all the standard pictures of supermodels in bikinis, and what not. For some reason, however, I'm just not that excited about the swimsuit issue this year. In fact, I think it's generally overrated. Now don't get me wrong, the women are stunning, and the lack of pretty much any clothing is greatly appreciated. It's just that the hype seems to be overwhelming, and the actual results are not that incredible.
Wait a minute. What the heck am I saying!? It's the freaking Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. It's a yearly ritual, and for many young lads, a genuine right of passage. No, there's nothing wrong with it whatsoever. The issue came out on Valentine's day, though, is probably not the best thing for those relationships in in trouble. Imagine picking up your copy of the Swimsuit Edition, then going home to someone who, well, doesn't exactly measure up.
Anyhow, of particular interest this year, though, is Heidi Klum's body painted in the pictures and video. Considering that she just had a baby, she looks amazing. Although, I can't be sure if this shoot was done before or after her pregnancy. Regardless, a nude Heidi Klum covered in paint is always a nice break in the day.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will soon have a decision to make. The UN power couple already faces throngs of paparazzi and once their baby is born, predicted to be as early as May 2, 2006 that will increase threefold.
At that time, the pair will have to either cut a deal or face a paparazzi onslaught.

The first photograph of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's offspring is set to create an instant 'Million Dollar Baby' with the first image of the child tipped to be the most expensive celebrity picture ever snapped.
'I predict the first pictures will be worth a million to a million-and-a-half US dollars,' said Kevin Smith, owner of the Splash news and picture agency in Los Angeles. No single celeb shot has ever come close to that.
Unless Jolie and Pitt do a deal, the 'bunfight' is likely to veer between absurd and dangerous. 'They will have snappers with $10,000 lenses hanging out of helicopters outside the hospital,' said one LA photographer.
***Brad and Angie are likely in a good position to bargain and with all of their humanitarian efforts can take any earned money for baby Pitt-Jolie and funnel it into one of their causes.
Kevin Smith, owner of the Splash news and picture agency in Los Angeles advises the couple to deal according to the article.
'I strongly recommend that Brad and Angelina orchestrate a deal if they want to avoid complete madness,' said Splash's Smith.

Former shop worker Karima Adebibe is today unveiled as the latest face — and body — of Lara Croft.She has been signed up to play the heroine ahead of the seventh game in the famous series — Tomb Raider: Legend — which is due out in April.
Karima, who appeared briefly in the movie "Alien Vs Predator" and had modelled for Coca-Cola, accepts landing the Lara role is a “huge break”.

When I found out that Nikki Cox was engaged to Jay Mohr I was devastated. I’ve liked Nikki Cox since she was on “Unhappily Ever After“.
