Prisoned rapper Lil' Kim is terrified her breast implants are leaking.
A source told America's New York Daily News newspaper: "Apparently, she's worried her boobs are leaking.
"She needs to have them exammed."
Bureau of Prisons spokeswoman Traci Billingsley will not discuss the hip-hop star's health but said the detention centre has a doctor on staff in case any inmates need help medically.
She revealed: "If [the prison medical unit] can't handle it, they will contract out treatment."
