Tina Turner has reportedly been asked to record the title song for the new James Bond movie, "Casino Royale".
The 66-year old star/singer recorded the theme song for the '95 spy adventure, "Golden Eye". The film bosses are convinced she will give the new, rawer Bond, played by Daniel Craig, the required edge.
The filmmakers are quoted as saying, “We want Casino Royale to have a huge impact so we want a big theme tune. “We know Tina would deliver just that.”

Legend Phil Collins and his significant other, Orianne of six years, have just separated. They made the joint statement yesterday. Collins will continue to stay in Switzerland to be near his two young children, Nicholas and Mathew, stated his spokesperson.
"They have decided in the interests of their two children that it is better to separate," Buxbaum said in a statement. "They are both very sad that it should come to this, but have as their priority the welfare and happiness of their children and are determined to remain friends and be loving parents to them," according to People.
Collins publicist explained the couple lived separately since the beginning of 2006 and growing apart for many months.
This was the third marriage for the rock star, who has three children with previous marriages.
