Natalie Portman claims actresses or singers who go to Hollywood to get rich are no better than prostitutes on the street.
The 'V for Vendetta' star insists she only takes roles based on their artistic merit and says she would never agree to do a movie just to make big bucks.
She said: "I will not ever work for money unless I believe in what I am doing or it's nothing different then a prostitute."

People we are missing the point this extracted statement is trying to make. Natalie, rightfully states that the truly talented and creative artists primary goal should be the creation of works of art that benefit society as a whole, regardless of the money in it.
