Teen singer/actress Lindsay Lohan has acknowledged she was dangerously thin earlier this year and has urged young girls to learn from her mistakes and maintain a healthy body weight. Reported the San Francisco Chronicle.Lindsay's just beginning to gain her weight back, and regrets not taking better care of herself.
She comments, "I was going through a rough time and I suppose I was not taking the best care of myself.
"Now, I encourage young girls to not worry so much about their weight.
"The tabloids are now going to say I'm overweight, it just never ends. There is a point in your life when you grow up and you just have to be who you are."
