I've heard an ugly rumour that she's had her lips surgically reduced, to minimize the resemblance to her famous father (Aerosmith frontman). Lip reduction would be a first in the fashion industry. Most chicks get'em pumped up till the overhang like the mud flaps on semi- trucks.
Liv Tyler still looks "Wonderful" to me, though.

From what I can see, she hasn't done anything to her lips. I hope she didn't anyways, she's friggin' gorgeous. She's one of my favorite stars, she's talented, sweet, classy, and naturally beautiful.

I think Liv looks great. She has definately lost her baby fat. I don't think she would get her lips reduced, they seem to be her trademark.
