Almost everything about people in the entertainment industry is fake anyway (hair, eyelashes, nails, etc.)..Fake or real she still has no talent. Although she does seem like a nice person. But then again she changes men to fast for me.....God Bless anyway....I'd say no to surgery and yes to a little meat on her bones....
