First of all, Madonna and all celebrities have been digitally enhanced, photoshopped and airbrushed even from their earliest moments for well over a hundred years. Even young celebrities have eyebags and skin flaws. I'm not disturbed by that pic of her hand gripping a water bottle one bit. It's veiny because anyone, young or old who has such a lean muscle-toned body, especially right after or during a workout will have a certain amount of vascularity. Those aren't wrinkles. I'm certain that her hands probably looked better for the photoshoot, but that she also had some enhancement for the H&M ads. She looks better than most women half her age, so I don't see any reason to make a fuss about her veiny hand. Obviously since she's clutching a water bottle she's just come from some type of exercise...hence the veins.
