Socialite Paris Hilton has been honored in the Guinness Book of World Records, for being the most over-rated celebrity.
A spokesperson for the book says it took its info from a number of magazine polls; readers voted on their least favorite and most overrated celebrity and Hilton's name kept coming up on top. Reported TMZ.
Other stars Guinness Book World breakers include Madonna making the mucha money for a female singer in 2004 and "The Rock" for making the mucha money as an actor in the movies for "The Scorpion King."
