The "Lizzie Mcguire" actress confesses tinseltown puts too much pressure on losing weight. Get on a diet - whatever diet and lose, lose, lose!
The 18-year-old says, "There is definitely pressure. People are thin. I do worry about what I look like but I'm not going to let it control my life." Reported Digital Spy.
"There are too many crazy diets out there that people try and they're not healthy. Like Atkins, the diet tells you to stay away from carbohydrates and I think everyone should just eat in moderation."
