Richie and Jenner have been long-time friends - started dating last month. Nicole broke up with fiance DJ AM three months earlier.
Jenner split with on again/off again relationship with LAGUNA BEACH reality TV star KRISTIN CAVALLARI, a couple months before hooking up with Richie.
It seems earlier this week, DJ AM was seen with Jenner's ex at the Guess party held at New York City's nightspot Bungalow 8. DJ AM's spokesperson confirmed that Kristin and him are only friends, nothing more.
