The 'Mean Girls' star is engaged to millionaire heir of Hard Rock Cafe chains - Harry Morton.

An insider said: "Harry gave Lindsay a gorgeous rock and proposed to her."

Rumors flew after Harry was seen buying the diamond ring at Cartier, in Beverly Hills, just a month ago.
