Skinny rich girl Nicole Richie has not learned her lesson yet that drugs and driving don't mix. She may be facing five days of jail time for driving the wrong way down a Los Angeles highway while on pills and pot.
The first run in with the authorities for being high while driving, was back in 2002.
The California law are tough when it comes to this offense, especially the second time around.
A police source said "Things are looking bad. She has admitted taking drugs and driving so it looks like a judge will have to send her to jail." Reported Mirror.
I guess it's not as bad as her heroin days!
