According to Daily Mail, Britney Spears wanted to spend some time with her sister 16-year-old Jamie-Lynn Spears and took her to a seedy tattoo parlor in Los Angeles.
Unfortunately, no one saw what they were doing there. It's a mystery, but perhaps the singer was hoping to remove she got a long time ago with K-Fed.
