Hilary Swank is finally taking her walk down Hollywood Walk of Fame with pride. The first she walked on Hollywood Walk of Fame was when she arrived with her mother with only $75 dollars in their pocket.
Now, Swank has two Oscar's under her belt and walking with confidence.
"I remember my mom using a roll of quarters to call agents from a pay phone and telling agents they should sign me," said the emotional 32-year-old during the 325th star's dedication ceremony. Reported The Star.
In Swanks new film, "Freedom Writers," is based on a true story where she plays an English teacher whose dedicates her-self to empower teens affected by racism. Maybe she will receive another Oscar, for this role, too.
