Kelly Clarkson was momentarily stunned by Britney's new look but quickly recovered and stated Britney Spears still "looks hot" even with no hair.

The 'American Idol' winner saw Britney's picture on someone’s computer and leapt off the stage during a press conference to get a better look at Britney's baldness.

Kelly said: "If you can pull off, no hair and still look damn good, go for it. That's just crazy. I love my hair and I am keeping it."
