Alicia Silverstone's favorite foods were steak and doughnuts but no more since she's became a vegan.
When asked what she ate before becoming a vegan, Alicia told InStyle Home magazine: "Steak and doughnuts. Now I'm a total health nut. I don't get sick very often and when I do it's for a short period.
"It's empowering to know that you're responsible for how you feel each day because of the way you treat your body." Reported Fametastic.
The 30-year-old actress keeps fit by jumping on her trampoline.
She said: "It's the best exercise because you use a lot of different muscles and it gets you giggling."
