JAIL-bound heiress Paris Hilton is arming herself for the ordeal ahead - with a Bible, a self-help book and a panic button.
Hilton, 26, has been spotted out and about in Los Angeles clutching the holy book and a tome called The Power Of Now.
Sources also say the party girl is to be armed with a panic button whilst in jail, in case she gets attacked by other inmates.
Although Hilton will be kept away from the majority prison population, an insider told www.celebrity-gossip.net Hilton had been given a “panic device giving her a 24-hour link to prison guards in case she encounters trouble when she begins her prison sentence next month.”
The jail’s spokesman Steve Whitmore had previously stated Hilton would “be treated like any other inmate who’s classified as a low-level security risk.”
