Swanson confirmed the arrest to People, "I had to go the police station where I had an appointment at 9 p.m. to begin the process of being arrested." Swanson said that she attacker her first and plans on pressing charges. His ex-wife responded by saying, "Why have I not been charged?"
Lloyd Eisler left his pregnant wife for Swanson after meeting her on Skating with Celebrities. If his ex-wife attacked Swanson, who would blame her? The only question, is what took her so long?
