JEC Nutrition is about to file a $100 million lawsuit againt Howard Stern and Sirius Radio after the company claims its weight-loss product was trashed on his show, reports the New York Daily News. CEO Kelly Lockwood told the newspaper that JEC paid hundreds of thousands to promote "I57 Ignite" on Stern's show and will sue Stern for defamation.

It all started on June 6, when Lee Mroszak (aka "Crazy Cabbie") was on to talk about how he lost 20 pounds with the product. But Stern said, "Geez, Cabbie, you look fatter than ever" and eventually told Crazy Cabbie to lose 60 more pounds and then come back.

"This was horrendous for us. Our sales have dropped more than 20%. In seven minutes, he undid all the good work we did," Lockwood said.
