Jodie Foster blames Lindsay Lohan's mother for the young actress' recent problems.
The Oscar-winning actress claims Dina Lohan has not been a good parent to Lindsay, who is currently being treated for drink and drug addiction in Utah's Cirque Lodge.
Jodie - a former child star - told Gotham magazine: "Can I just ask, where is her mother? I mean, really, where is her mother?"
Jodie is not the first person to criticise Dina's parenting skills.
Last month, Lindsay's father Michael claimed his ex-wife took cocaine.
Michael is furious with Dina for not allowing him access to their children and hit out in a vicious attack.
He said: "I'll give you a video tape of someone who told me, 'Michael, I know for a fact that Dina does cocaine because I delivered it to the house to her.' That's recently, about six months ago."
Michael also accused Dina of being involved in six DUI (driving under the influence) offences for which she has never been caught by police.
