If Seal and Heidi Klum's children ever ask about how their parents fell in love, the couple may have to make something up.
"I met him in a hotel lobby in New York City and he came in just from the gym and I was sitting there and I was, like, wow," Klum tells Oprah Winfrey on her show's Superstar Couples episode set to air Thursday.
Wow, as in Seal was wearing bicycle shorts.
"And I pretty much saw everything," says Klum. "The whole package."
From that moment on, the passion never died. The couple, in a rare joint television interview, say on The Oprah Winfrey Show that they've worked to keep those early feelings alive.
"The most common hiccup," says Seal, is when the first child comes along. "And it turns into all about the kids, which is understandable because they're miraculous. But then you've got to put each other first. You know, she will always be number one for me."
"Is it true?" asks Winfrey.
"I have the most romantic husband," says Klum. "I do."

A canopy collapsed at an Akon concert at Emory University in Atlanta. The injuries occurred while crews were working about to set up lights on the stage for tonight’s Fall Band Party starring Akon. His drummer and two or three people, including students, were injured. Both fire trucks and ambulances responded to the scene. The concert has been cancelled. It seems no matter where Akon goes tragedy follows.

The Spice Girls have released the first single off of their Greatest Hits album - “Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)” which was co-written by Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton.
Most of the song is sung by Melanie C., and the rest of the Spice Girls offer up the chorus. The song also is this year’s BBC Children in Need charity single, which will be released online on November 5 and in stores on November 19.
A Spice Girls documentary is in the works - Spice Girls: Giving You Everything, and it will tell the story of the history of the Spice Girls to present day. It will be directed by Bob Smeaton, the Emmy Award winning director who also worked on The Beatles Anthology. They’ll post on their website as to when the documentary will air.
So take a listen for yourself and tell me what you think about “Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)”.

Great Eva Mendes interview in the November Issue of Latina Magazine:
On the hot opening scene of We Own the Night…
“Unfortunately, yes [I had to get buzzed]. It was a big deal, even though you’ve seen me do more nudity. We were rehearsing the scene one morning, and I started crying like a little Catholic girl.”
“I told him (Papi) and everybody else in my family to come 15 minutes late [to the premiere at the Cannes Film Festival].”
On the Ideal Role…Dark & Risqué!
“A lot of actresses are so stuck on looking beautiful, and I really am not. I’m about letting the beauty and the ugliness come out.”
Fave Latina Actresses in Hollywood:
“I admire all of us, because it’s not easy to tear down boundaries. I adore Penelope Cruz. I remember going to see Volver and just crying. I love the up-and-coming ones, too, like Zoë Saldana – she’s a really funny girl. I just want more of us.”
Looking back to her childhood:
“It’s just so hard to go to school and be a 12-year-old, period. I wanted to have finer features, I didn’t want to be so dark, I didn’t want to have my mom speaking Spanish in front of the school where everyone was watching. But thank G-d it was just a phase.”
As for her beau, George Augusto…
“Even if you’re complete opposites, what matters is that you balance each other out, like a see saw – you don’t want to be on the floor or up in the sky. I’m really high-strung, loud and obnoxious. My boyfriend is quiet, mild-mannered and completely rational, whereas I’m completely emotional.”
Looking into the future…
“[If I had a daughter], I would teach her about culture. That’s probably why I don’t have kids yet. I feel like I need to go to Cuba first – whether Castro is in power or not – and figure out some stuff on my own. I guess it would be fun to go with my daughter and find out together.”

Oscar-nominated actress (and now, Parade contributing writer) Natalie Portman shares her thoughts on the dangers of being a “pleaser,” insight and inspiration she’s gained from royalty, what she learned from a recent trip to Africa and more.
Natalie on trusting her gut: “I’ve always been something of a pleaser: I want to make other people happy. That’s not the worst thing. I mean, the fact that you like people and want them to like you is great — as long as you’re not sacrificing who you are. I’m not someone who has a lot of regrets, but last year I did something that I wasn’t comfortable with, and I’m really sorry I didn’t listen to my intuition. There was a scene in a movie that felt inappropriate for me, but I didn’t want to make waves. So I let myself get talked into it, even though it shook me up. From now on, I’m going to trust my gut more. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is say “no.” No matter how much you plan and how hard you try, you can’t predict the outcome of things. I’m always surprised by what people end up talking about. There have been times when I’ve put my best effort into my work and had great success. Other times, I have tried just as hard, and it hasn’t worked out. I realize now that the only thing in my control is my own behavior, not other people’s reactions.”
Natalie on her If-It’s-Not-Working-Change-It philosophy: “My family came here from Israel when I was 3, and at first we moved around a lot. I got really good at figuring out a situation and diving in. I was the cool new kid; I never doubted myself. Actually, I was probably kind of arrogant. Then, the summer after seventh grade, I shot my first movie, The Professional. Looking back, I realize that I might not have been that sensitive when I told people about it, and it came off as bragging. I was going to a small private school, and the other kids completely turned against me. No one would talk to me. I was so miserable that I had to change schools. But it made me think about how what I say affects other people, and I corrected my bravado. My dad helped me so much with this. He’s a doctor, and he’s really amazing. He’s one of those rare people who will actually change his opinions or his behavior if it’s hurting someone else. It was remarkable to learn that from him.”
Natalie on her trip to Africa: “When I was in Uganda with FINCA recently, I met a young woman whose parents had died of AIDS. She was completely alone, taking care of her brothers and sisters. They were all living in one room; they had absolutely nothing. Everyone was talking down to her, but when we asked what she wanted, her answer amazed me. While 50 cents more a day would have totally revolutionized their lives, she looked at us and said in a clear, strong voice: “My brothers and sisters deserve the same chances you’ve had. I want them all to go to boarding school.” She didn’t want a handout. She knew that her family had a right to the same opportunities as everyone else. It was incredibly inspiring. I know that I’m the luckiest person in the world, but I still have so much to learn. That woman, who had not been given any chances in life, reminded me to always keep my own worth in mind.”

Everybody was my favorite leaked song and here's a final version of it. It's not very different, but it's got new beats and stuff to it, it sounds great. I love it. This is available on iTunes and will be on the UK version of Britney's Blackout album.

“There are so many misconceptions about me and my family,” Dina told People. “I’m setting the record straight.”
Mother Lohan is, naturally, using this gig to toot her own horn in a major way -- she's the executive producer of the show, so I'm sure she'll portray herself in the most flattering light. Here's a snippet of how Dina thinks she's making the world a better place:
"It’s about empowering women to be successful single mothers. About being in the limelight without compromising motherhood. It’s about what I do, how you can be successful, and be a single mom and fulfilling your kids’ dreams. Working is my sole source of income.”
I can't even believe the set on this woman. Her daughter was just in rehab -- three times -- for drugs, alcohol and what-not, but, somehow, Dina managed to have time to score a television show all about herself. She seriously makes me ill.
The new show starts filming on October 30, which is perfect, considering that's when the witches are at their best.

Lindsay Lohan and Her Boyfriend Get Romantic in Santa Monica
Michael Lohan is still basking in the glory of reuniting with his 21-year-old daughter.
The father of Lindsay Lohan had been absent from her life for three years until recently when, in rehab, the actress allowed her dad back into her life.
After months of begging for Lindsay's affection, the pair sorted out their issues during the stars third stint in rehab.
Proud father Michael told Extra, "She's in the right place in her heart and mind and soul. I feel blessed by being back in her life."
Michael isn't the only man in Lindsay's life. The starlet started dating fellow patient Riley Giles while in Utah and has bought him back to Los Angeles with her.
Father-of-four Michael approves of the union, saying, "He is a good kid. He comes from a good family...I don't think anyone has the right to judge Riley. They [Lindsay and Riley] keep each other in line. They go to meetings with one another."
