Now the actor has filed a lawsuit against Baxter Healthcare, the makers of the drug.
TMZ reports: “They filed suit because they want to prevent this from happening to any other children, Loggans said. The suit claims the Baxter is liable and negligent because the packaging of the 10 unit vial of Heparin looks almost exactly as the 10,000-units-per-milliliter vial of the drug.”
Meanwhile Dennis’ lawyer has confirmed to People that the twins have made recovered fully from their ordeal.
Susan E. Loggans said: "The twins are back home. Their condition is fantastic, they're smiling. Zoe looks like her mom, and Boone looks like his dad. They've fully recovered from the accident and it's doubtful they'll suffer long-term effects from the overdose."
