Tara Reid has slammed fellow party girls Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan for their incarcerations last year, insisting the pair “deserved it”.
The actress is angry she has been lumped in with the pair - despite her similarly notorious love of ‘partying’ never attracting the attention of the police.
She says, “What have I ever really done? Dance on a table? When Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton got their DUIs, they got punished, they deserved it.
"But my punishment, I don't feel like it fits the crime. I don't understand why people punish others for being happy."

BRITNEY SPEARS is being treated by a psychiatrist for “mental issues”.
The singer’s friend and self-proclaimed manager SAM LUTFI asked top US telly host BARBARA WALTERS to break the news yesterday.
The 78-year-old presenter said: “Britney, I assume, is starting some kind of treatment.
“Sam got in touch with us. I can't vouch for this. He said that Britney is suffering from what he described as mental issues which are treatable.”
However Sam’s intervention doesn’t seem to have gone down to well, after the two were spotted having a huge row outside her home last night.
On arriving back to Britney’s LA house together, the singer broke down in tears on the kerb with Sam only briefly consoling her.
The star continued crying outside until being comforted by her dad, pregnant 16-year-old sister JAMIE LYNN and boyfriend ADNAN GHALIB.
In a further twist Adnan was banned from entering Britney’s house by security, on orders from Sam who also sent the snapper a text saying: “You’re a manic trigger. If you continue to have any contact, you’ll kill her. It’s your decision.”
Later, desperate to see her partner, Britney jumped into the car of a waiting paparazzo who gave her a lift to a meeting point where they then sped off together.
Adnan has also struck back at Sam, his picture agency releasing a statement saying: “The truth is that Sam Lutfi started an argument with Britney and the two ended up in a screaming fight.
“Sam continued to verbally abuse Britney as she sat barefoot on the curb at her Summit home crying holding her dog London.
“Britney called Adnan for help and he heard the distress in her voice and drove over immediately.
“While outside the gates he was denied access as Sam Lutfi had informed the guards that he was not allowed entry.
“When Adnan then tried to call Britney it seems that Sam had turned all of her cell phones off.”
Meanwhile, the singer's mother, LYNNE, has flown to LA to help aid her daughter's recovery.
The warring duo had not spoken for several months, but after seeing Britney in meltdown, Lynne had no choice but to come to her side.

Don't lick the walls. An all-chocolate room was unveiled in Manhattan on Tuesday — a pre-Valentine's Day creation complete with furniture and artwork made of the sweet stuff.
"It's the perfect bit of sin," said Ali Larter, star of TV's "Heroes," of the Godiva chocolate "pearls" that are her private daily indulgence.
Here, they were dripping off the chandeliers above the dining table, which was a sea of stars, truffles and crescents — all chocolate, of course, under glass.
Larter is the celebrity face hired by the Belgian chocolatier for its annual Valentine's Day promotion contest. This year, anyone who buys the winning box of chocolates — for $23 and up — may win the chocolate room. It is to be re-created in a suite of Manhattan's Bryant Park Hotel for a pampered getaway weekend for two in May.
The winning box — sold only in North America — will contain a note informing the buyer of his or her good luck.

A source said: “They found out at California’s Cedars-Sinai hospital and couldn’t wait to share the news with everyone.”

And it looks like Gavin’s going to be run off his feet looking after her every whim now.

Paris Hilton has been spotted leaving a lesbian nightclub holding hands with a woman.
The socialite was wearing a dark wig as she walked out of the The Falcon Club on LA's Sunset Boulevard with US reality star Brittny Gastineau.
An onlooker told The Sun: “Paris and her girl pal linked arms and looked rather cosy."
Hilton visited the bar during a long night of partying on Sunday, which also took in a SAG Awards bash and two other nightspots.
A Falcon insider said: "Paris looked like she was having a really good time with the woman. They were dancing together and were getting quite touchy-feely when they left.
Paris whispered in the woman's ear and she laughed as they left holding hands." Paris is believed to have visited the venue on three occasions during the last month.
It was reported in December that Britney Spears bribed Hilton with a lesbian sex tape in which she was seen kissing one of the singer's friends.

Hot couple Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo thrilled regulars at tribute group Metal Skool's weekly showcase in Hollywood on Monday night (28Jan08) with a rocking duet.
The good-looking pair sang Journey's Don't Stop Believin', backed by the band at the Key Club.
Romo initially refused to join his pop star girlfriend onstage, but reluctantly agreed to sing with her when fans started chanting out his name.
Metal Skool's Monday night concerts have become famous for star turns - Lisa Marie Presley, Pink and Kelly Clarkson have all made unannounced appearances during the tribute act's shows in the past year.

Victoria Beckham is hoping to spice up a skin cancer awareness campaign by stripping off for fashion designer Marc Jacobs.
The Spice Girl poses naked for a new charity T-shirt in a bid to warn people of the dangers of excessive sun exposure.
She says, "Since we moved to California I have realized how important it is to practice safe sun for myself and to keep my three boys' skin well protected as well.
"Skin cancer is a huge problem and I really wanted to help raise awareness by taking part in Marc's initiative."
The shirts, which have been signed by the star, will be on sale from next week.

Troubled pop star Britney Spears reunited with her mother Lynne recently when she took her and manager Sam Lufti for breakfast at a Beverly Hills hotel.
Spears then went shopping with her mother and bought some make-up, pagesix.com reports.
People are speculating that Lynne's trip seemed planned and with the mother-daughter relationship in jeopardy now, the mother has come to help. However, a source contradicts believes and says there "are no plans for an intervention, but for Britney to continue seeing a psychiatrist."
"Britney is in a very fragile state at the moment and only genuinely trusts Sam Lutfi and Lynne. (Jamie) simply doesn't grasp how unstable his daughter is," added the source.

A week after angrily hitting back at break up rumors, Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo partied together in West Hollywood last night. According to an onlooker, Simpson and Romo were very affectionate.
The couple his the Key Club with a group of friends that included Simpson’s hairdresser Ken Paves. An onlooker said the Dallas Cowboys quarterback and the singer held hands and kissed one another throughout the night.
Earlier last week, Simpson’s rep released a statement about an article printed in OK! magazine which claimed the football star dumped her because of her “diva-like” attitude.
“I’ve spoken to both Jess and Tony, and they are completely secure in their relationship and won’t let this garbage get under their skin! That rag completely fabricated and made up this story,” said the rep.
