The Hip-Hop Summit Action Network Awards dinner was yesterday, a fundraiser for "taking back responsibility" in the hip hop music community by honoring those stars that give back their time and their funds to helping to improve "the quality of life of all people," according to HSAN Chairman Russell Simmons, who hosted last night's shindig. Ciara, Snoop Dogg, Doug E. Fresh, Jim Jones, and Chris Lighty were among those who were honored for their good deeds in the hip hop community.
Ciara showed up on the red carpet looking fly as all get out - who is this woman's physical trainer? She looks better than Jessica Simpson did when she got all slimmed down and pumped up to play Daisy Mae Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard.

R&B's most secretive couple were sharing a romantic weekend in Jamaica and we can say for sure guys, the cat is out of the bag.
The Grammy winner, who was thrown a big birthday bash by Chris for her 20th birthday last week, was all over her younger man. "They were smooching in the pool and were really lovely dovey,".
"They were playfully making out and he was kissing her on the neck."
The attractive pair, who got matching star tattoos on their necks in January, got in the pool after a leisurely lunch yesterday at the Hilton Kingston Hotel in Jamaica. They were hanging out with friends and at about 3 p.m., Chris, 18, jumped into the water and waited while Rihanna went to her room and changed into a bikini.
She came back and was very scared of getting her hair wet, said the spy. "They were floating together with him carrying her and she kept saying, 'Don't get my hair wet.' She was very soft and feminine but he was a big kid and splashing around."
The couple arrived in Jamaica together on Friday from Rihanna's native Barbados for the Smile Jamaica Africa Unite Bob Marley celebration in St. Mary, where she performed.

Jennifer's long-term friend Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, who threw the 38-year-old beauty a baby shower in New York last month, has revealed Jennifer and Marc "can't take their eyes off" the new additions to their family.
Elaine, who produced Jennifer's hit 2002 film 'Maid in Manhattan', said: "Jennifer sounds very peaceful, happy and blissful. She told me she and Marc can't take their eyes off them."
Jennifer and Marc are reportedly set to name their babies Max and Emme.

An alleged sex tape that stars Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron, which has been making rounds on the Internet today, is fake, it has been confirmed.
It has been verified that the so-called 'new' sex video was a brainchild of satirical website called pugbus.com in September 2007. That is around the time Hudgens was caught up in nude photo leakage on the Internet.
On the video, the 19-year-old star is wearing almost nothing while sitting under a Christmas tree, saying to the camera, "I want Santa to come up my chimney because I've been a good little girl this year."
It was then that Efron, who is her real life boyfriend and castmate in "High School Musical,' made his entrance.
However, the sex scandal tape has been debunked. The website has wrote the piece, which was aimed to be funny, saying:
"According to THEM Weekly, Ms. Hudgens' sex video, coyly entitled Open Me First, was made 'as a gag Christmas gift'...
"Those who have opened Open Me First - forty-five seconds' worth of footage apparently filmed with a cell phone camera - were treated to a nude Ms. Hudgens sitting spread-eagled in front of a Christmas tree. She is wearing a Santa hat, Christmas gift tags about the size of sivler dollars for pasties, and a red, mistletoe-decorated thong."
"Next she takes off the thong and waves it seductively. Then, removing the Santa hat and slipping her right hand into is, she whispers, 'I want Santa to come up my chimney because I've been a good little girl this year."

British-born star Mischa Barton has been charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana by L.A. police, media reported Wednesday.
The former star of "The O.C." was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while having a 0.08 percent or higher blood alcohol level, driving without a valid license and possession of 28.5 grams or less of marijuana, according to court papers.
In a statement, Barton attorney Anthony V. Salerno said he was pleased his client was only charged with misdemeanors.
"The D.A.'s office is to be commended for treating this case the same as it would any other matter; Ms. Barton has received no special treatment," Salerno said.
Barton was arrested Dec. 27 in West Hollywood after sheriff's deputies saw her car straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal for a turn.
Barton played Marissa Cooper on "The O.C." from 2003 to 2006, when her character died in a car crash. She also has appeared in several movies, including "The Sixth Sense" and the upcoming "Virgin Territory."
In May, Barton was hospitalized for two hours after an antibiotic she was taking interacted badly with alcohol.
Barton was scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.

Naomi Campbell has been hospitalized in Brazil, after suffering from a mystery infection, according to reports.
Foxnews.com claims the supermodel is being treated by an infectious disease specialist in a Sao Paulo hospital.
Campbell, 37, has been in the South American country for the past few weeks, after attending the Rio De Janeiro Carnival, reportedly as the guest of Brazilian billionaire Marcus Elias.
