Eva Longoria’s husband, Tony Parker, was conspicuously absent from the star's 33rd birthday celebrations on Thursday night.
The actress was joined by a host of famous pals, including her Desperate Housewives co-star, Marcia Cross, rapper Eve, Ugly Betty’s America Ferrera, singer Sheryl Crow and best buddy, Mario Lopez, for dinner at her new L.A. restaurant, Beso.
The Daily Mail quotes a source as saying: "Eva's actual birthday is on Saturday, so hopefully the rest of her co-stars will make up for it then."
As for Tony, the NBA star spent the evening on the losing side of a game between his team and the New Orleans Hornets.

Britney Spears has shared dinner with Mel Gibson Saturday. The tabloid princess and the actor who also made his own share of headlines in 2006 reportedly spent two hours dining and chatting at the Romanov Russian Restaurant & Lounge in Studio City.
The center of their conversation is unknown but a source suggests, "It's unlikely that they were talking about working together on anything specific. Although Mel has used a lot of inexperienced actors in his last two films."
The pair dined in the restaurant's private dining room, where they were secluded from onlookers and paparazzi from outside the building.
A restaurant insider says, "It was exciting to have both of them here together. We heard they hit it off and that Britney seemed excited."
The source also says that it's very possible the 52-year-old "Braveheart" actor was giving the 26-year-old singer advice on how to handle negative press. "He understands what she's going through. And he certainly has advice on how to not let it destroy your life."
Gibson had been arrested for DUI in July 2006 while speeding in his vehicle with an open container of alcohol. He had admitted to making anti-Semitic remarks while he was being arrested and had apologized for his behavior.
He said in support for Spears in 2006, "I feel compassion for someone like Britney. She never gets a moment... Your heart goes out to her because I'm positive that, at her core, she's a good woman."

Hollywood.TV camera's caught Britney Spears Exclusively on Saturday going to Romanov Russian Restaurant & Lounge in Studio City, and minutes later Mel Gibson walks into the same restaurant. Also when Britney left the restaurant Mel Gibson walked out a few minutes later. A source from the restaurant says that they were dining together.

The former Baywatch star emerged on stage in just a tight corset and skimpy briefs after her trousers apparently did a disappearing act of all of their own.

Jennifer Aniston was in trouble after just six weeks, it has been revealed. Comedian Omid Djalili has claimed that the Troy star confessed to him that he had already started 'despising' his wife.
Djalili said he gave Pitt marriage advice when they co-starred in 2000 movie Spy Game. "I did a scene with him in the back of a taxi for a movie called Spy Game and it was only a few days after he had married Jennifer," the Daily Express quoted Djalili, as saying. "I chatted for hours giving him advice about the three stages of marriage. Stage one is perfection or blind love. Stage two is the difficult stage because you will start to despise everything about her. But then if you can deal with that baggage you can possibly get to stage three accept the baggage and move into a harmonious marriage. He said 'Thanks Omid, I love that you have given me a framework for my marriage,'" he added.
However, Djalili revealed that after six weeks Pitt told him that all was not fine between him and Aniston. "After six weeks he came up to me and said 'I'm definitely in stage two, Omid!' I probably made it (their marriage) go up in flames!", he said.
The London-born comedian also confessed that he still feels guilt over the break-up of the couple. "I'd already messed up one Brad Pitt marriage," he said.

'Jackass' star Steve-O has been admitted to a mental health unit.
The 33-year-old prankster has reportedly been under observation at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center since entering the hospital on Sunday (09.03.08), amid fears he is suicidal.
Steve-O - who was charged with cocaine possession last week - is staying in the Thalians Mental Health Center, the same unit where Hollywood actor Owen Wilson was treated following his suicide attempt last year.
A source said: "Steve-O is in hospital now, not for injury but for observation. He'll probably be there for another two weeks."
Friends became concerned for his wellbeing after Steve-O sent a series of emails containing references to death and suicide.
He reportedly wrote to friends: "I betcha I break more than nine bones if nobody comes with something to catch me, because, mark my words, I will fall!"
In a separate email he then wrote repeatedly: "I'm ready to f***ing die."
A source said: "These last emails definitely had something to do with it but he's been headed towards this for a few months."
Steve-O - real name Stephen Glover - was arrested earlier this month after a neighbour contacted police complaining he was vandalising both his own and his neighbour's apartment.
Police found a small quantity of drugs on him when he was arrested.
Steve-O was evicted from his loft apartment after the incident.
He has previously admitted he might need psychiatric help, saying: "My family is convinced that I've got bipolar disorder. I don't know if I agree, but I've come to terms with the fact that I'm somewhat f***ed in the head. I agreed to go to a psychiatrist for a professional evaluation, to try and figure out what specific category of nutjob I fall into."
