New Miss Universe DAYANA MENDOZA has been caught up in a nude scandal after photos of her modelling naked for a jewellery firm have been unearthed.
The 22-year-old Venezuelan beauty queen posed for the sexy pictures before signing on as a Miss Universe contestant.
Miss Universe Organisation officials have decided not to penalise Mendoza, claiming the candid photos are "artistic in nature, and they don't have an ounce of pornographic content to them".
