Miley Cyrus was caught on camera pulling out of a disabled parking spot in Los Angeles this weekend with boyfriend Justin Gaston.
On Sunday night Miley, Justin and an unidentified friend headed out for sushi followed by dessert from the U.S. store Millions of Milkshakes.
But the Disney actress proceeded to ignore California laws - forbidding drivers to park in disabled spaces without a permit - and instead made sure her Toyota Prius was parked neatly on a marked spot.
Perhaps unaware of her misdemeanour, Miley chatted casually to paparazzi on the way back to her car before pulling out of the visibly reserved space and driving away.
This is the second time Miley - who is under 18 - has broken the law, after she was seen in January pedalling on her bike without a crash helmet.
