Lindsay Lohan decided to let it all hang out when she went spectacle shopping with little sister Ali on Tuesday.
The actress has allegedly stepped up the hard partying following her split from girlfriend Samantha Ronson in March, and it's fair to say she wasn't looking the picture of health in a backless ankle-length white dress that hung off her skinny frame.
As she wandered around Positive EYE-ONS Optometry shop on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, she also treated onlookers to an unflattering view of her not-so-pert breasts.
