That's Lily Allen and her see-through top at the Flow Festival in Helsinki, Finland on Sunday night. A Finnish audience got a few tears with their tunes Sunday night as singer Lily Allen broke down while performing in Helsinki.

The Daily Mail's online edition shows the star, whose latest album is titled "It's Not Me, It's You," dabbing with a towel around her sparkly eye makeup.

According to reports, she apologized to the audience for the waterworks, blaming her emotional state on a fall the night before and the painkillers she's taking to cope.
