Victoria apparently wants Louise to wed her stockbroker fiance, Darren Flood, at her "Beckingham Palace" mansion in Hertfordshire, England.
And she has also asked top fashion designer Vera Wang — who created Posh's dress for her wedding to soccer star David Beckham – to make Louise's gown.
"Vic just told Louise ‘I don't care what it costs – it will be my Christmas present to you’. Louise was very emotional," a source told British newspaper The Sun.
But the source added that Darren is "insisting he gets the bill — it's why he is so respected and liked by the family. But Vic normally gets her way."
