Katy Perry Gets $4m To Talk About Her Acne


Katy Perry has signed a $4 million deal to be the face of a spot cream, according to reports.

Katy will appear in a series of commercials broadcast in 58 countries.

Confirming the news, she revealed her own battle with bad skin. "I got acne at the start of my career", she said.

"It was stressful. I have acne scars which I'm self-conscious about", said Perry, in promotion of Proactiv.

A spokesman for the brand has defended the massive endorsement, saying it was in keeping with previous sponsorship deals.

"We are paying people consistent with what we have done in the past - millions of dollars", said Ben Van de Bunt.
