No More Plastic Surgery For Heidi Montag


Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Frank Ryan recently performed 10 procedures on Heidi Montag, ranging from breast implants to a brow lift to fat injections in her cheeks.

Now he tells UsMagazine.com he won't operate on The Hills star again.

"There's really nothing to do!" he told Us Tuesday at the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lights Camera Fashion Pre-Oscar Party. "I told Heidi that, 'What are you going to do? You’re done!'"

(Montag recently told Us she didn't get her DDD breasts "as big as I originally wanted!")
