Charlize Theron stepped out to tend to her household needs in West Hollywood, California on Sunday afternoon (May 16).

Looking casual cute in a plaid buttondown shirt with jean shorts, the "Hancock" hottie ventured to Ralph's supermarket for her groceries before stopping to get some flowers at a local florist shop.

The shopping trip comes just after Miss Theron returned home from a trip to China, as she attended the Dior Cruise 2011 fashion show in Shanghai on Saturday
