Heidi Montag Files For Legal Separation From Spencer Pratt


When we first heard that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt had split we weren't convinced that it was genuine, after all the pair are known for their attention seeking ways.

But this morning we're starting to believe that the split is for real after Heidi Montag filed for legal separation from Spencer Pratt at a Californian courthouse.

The Hills star cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason that their marriage had broken down.

should mention that legal separation is not a divorce and in fact, the couple could stay legally married, so we’re not totally convinced just yet.
