Heidi Montag is terrified her breasts will harden.
The former 'Hills' star - who famously underwent 10 cosmetic procedures in one day, including having her chest increased to a huge G-cup - gives her breasts regular massages to keep the implants soft and has urged other surgically-enhanced women to follow her lead.
She tweeted: "Giving myself a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies we have to keep those implants soft."
The 23-year-old beauty also revealed that out of all of the cosmetic surgery she had, having her ears pinned back was the most painful.
She tweeted: "Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned. I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get."
