Brooke Burke Does Shape Magazine


The 39-year-old showed off her stunning looks while featured on the cover of the January 2011 issue of SHAPE magazine.

Inside the issue, Brooke Burke tells, "I've tried just about every crazy diet you can imagine, but now I've learned what really works for my body."

Putting together a plan of action with trainer Greg Joujon-Roche, she adds, "Once I started focusing on the things I wanted, they all started coming true."

Happily achieving one of her life's goals with her SHAPE cover, Brooke also dished, "I never wanted to be on magazines like Vogue and Allure; I wanted to be on SHAPE. There's something very special to me about being relatable to other women, being healthy, and representing confidence at any age."
