As a new mother, Ali Larter is finding out very quickly that tending to a new baby and getting through chores can be quite the balancing act.

But she appears to have found a great way to combine the two by working out her biceps while out shopping yesterday.

The 35-year-old actress wore black leggings, a black vest and training shoes as she carried the three-month-old baby boy in his car seat.

She looked at ease ease as she took little Theodore - or Teddy, as she calls him - out with her in Beverly Hills, where he slept soundly wrapped in a blanket.
