Transformers actress and model Rosie Huntington Whiteley has pinched Cheryl Cole's crown in FHM's Sexiest Women of the year poll.

The Girls Aloud beauty may have won the prestigious title for the past two years, but Chezza failed to top the chart for the third time, paving the way for the British Victoria's Secret lingerie model to claim the accolade.

The 24-year old from Devon said of winning the title: "Wow. Thanks for voting guys. This is a really exciting year for me and I hope you all enjoy Transformers 3."
