Britney Spears stepped out onto the red carpet for a rare appearance Wednesday night for a good cause. The "Femme Fatale" herself hosted "An Evening of Southern Style" in support of the St. Bernard Project, which works to rebuild homes for survivors of Hurricane Katrina.
