Lohan is currently on house arrest after being sentenced to jail for stealing a $2,500 necklace. She was given house arrest instead of jail time due to overcrowding and circumstances not released to the public.

She tweeted to Kim Kardashian "So excited for the season premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 6 tonight on E!"

She was seen smoking and providing comfort for her guests with blankets and sweatshirts.
