Katy Perry has brushed off rumours that she has filed for divorce from husband Russell Brand.
The Teenage Dream singer jokingly compared her marriage to the British funnyman to a soap opera, as she received two Grammy nominations for record of the year and best pop solo performance.
Laughing off the allegations that she had filed divorce papers in Los Angeles, the 27-year-old quipped on Twitter: "First I'm pregnant & then I'm divorced. What am I? All My Children?! Erica Kane? Pshhh."
Katy, who has been busy touring around the world, revealed she plans to take some time off.
"I have worked my big buttocks off. I'm having a break now. I'm gonna have a long cat-nap," she said backstage.
Russell also issued a joking denial of a split during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, saying: "I am really happily married."
