Halle Berry is ready to give marriage a try for the third time. The actress is engaged to her longtime beau and "Dark Tide" co-star Olivier Martinez.
A rep for jewelry designer Gurhan confirmed the engagement to People.com. The actor reportedly asked his lady love to marry him over the holidays by presenting her with a diamond-and-emerald engagement ring designed by Gurhan. Reps for the actors have yet to comment on the engagement.
Sources told Usmagazine.com that although the Oscar-winner was not considering marrying again, she changed her mind when she met the French actor. She "had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He's a keeper!" The two have been dating for over a year.
