According to People.com, police claim no major injuries were sustained in the crash, which they’ve said was Bynes’ bad.
"Ms. Bynes was driving a BMW when she made an unsafe turn and another car hit her," police told People.com. "It was determined that she was at fault, but no crime was committed. The other driver complained of minor injuries. Drugs and alcohol were not involved. It was just a typical car accident. There was no serious damage to either vehicle."
Back in February, Bynes was of several drivers involved in a multi-car collision in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ.com. No one was injured in that accident either, but rush-hour traffic was disrupted for some time.
Is it time for Amanda — along with the majority of Hollywood celebs — to consider hiring a driver?

Amanda Bynes have definitely put on a few pounds since starring in Hairspray but she disguised it perfectly with a full length strapless Marchessa gown at last night's Screen Actors Guild.

Amanda's face definitely showed signed of weight gain last night, suggesting you is over the illness. It's nice to finally see a young actress who realises there are more important things than being size zero.
Strapless maxi downs are fab for covering up lumps and bumps while still showing off a bit of flesh on the shoulders. However shorter people can risk looking frumpy in too much long flowing material. If your as bit on the small side try a dress which is shorter at the front or has a slit to show some leg.
