Not too long, according to Gawker.com. "We'll give it another two weeks or so."
Hathaway, 25, has been the subject of non-stop tabloid coverage following her recent breakup with scam artist Raffaelo Follieri of Italy. Follieri, 30, was arrested in June for fraud.
But it appears Hathaway’s real problems could be just around the corner.
According to the Enquirer, Follieri had reportedly taken several nude photos of Hathaway, Gawker writes. The piece de resistance of which is a prized and "sizzling" photo of her in black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier that completely exposes her top portion. Follieri is believed to have paid a famous photographer to take that picture.
Hathaway’s brother tried to recover the pictures from a storage unit, only to find out that the FBI had beaten him to it the day before, according to Gawker.
The photographer is believed to have copies and it is questionable whether Follieri's friends do as well.

Before Follieri's arrest on fraud charges last week, Hathaway's father, Gerard, a lawyer, encouraged her to move out of the couple's Olympic Tower apartment, sources tell us.
"Her father's not stupid," says the source. "He and Anne's mother always had their suspicions about Raffaelo."
Anne was reluctant to believe the worst. Still, she may have gotten wind that the hammer was about to drop on the Italian charmer, who prosecutors allege concocted his ties to the Vatican.
"She left the country right before the feds arrested him. But she may have had some regrets about helping them," another knowledgeable source tells us. "The night before his arrest, she had a tearful phone conversation with him."
Hathaway's spokesman Stephen Huvane declined to comment.

The star ended her four-year romance with the Italian earlier this month after months of controversy surrounding Follieri's business dealings.
Follieri is currently facing a $21 million bail bill to keep him out of jail as he awaits trial on wire fraud and money laundering charges.
But just weeks ago, Hathaway was cooing about the 29-year-old Italian and sharing their plans to buy a new home together in New York.
She told InStyle, "I enjoy living with him so much, but we're in his apartment -- and we've decided that it's time to find where our home is going to be."
When grilled on the possibility of a wedding, she replied, "We're quite happy. I'm not sweating out a proposal."

The "Devil Wears Prada" star has ditched her Italian rapscallion boyfriend after four years of suffering through his innumerable brushes with scandal and bad publicity, it was reported today.
Hathaway finally decided to part ways with shady real-estate peddler Raffaello Follieri because of the effect his business dealings could have on her blooming career, the Daily Mail of London reported.
"It's heartbreaking for her to dump him, and she's devastated that it's come to this, but she really didn't have a choice. His scandals were hurting her reputation," the paper quoted an unnamed source close to Hathaway, who stars in "Get Smart," which opens Friday.
A source familiar with the situation told The Post, "Her dad has hired PIs and has been after her for a while to do it."

Uh-uh. Not for $250,000, and sources told TMZ.com that the funds in his bank account weren't even close to that amount. But Raf is saying it was a big a misunderstanding -- and he went willingly with police officers -- to work it out. Unfortunately, we can't give him the benefit of the doubt, considering this isn't the first time he's been accused of playing with cash he didn't have. Last year a lawsuit was filed against Anne's bf for allegedly squandering $1.3 million in business funds from billionaire Ron Burkle. Of course, Raffaelo denied it.
