Britney Spears’ jilted hubby Kevin Federline is to claim she is bisexual and begged him for three-in-a-bed romps.
Federline, will say the Pop Princess regularly fantasised about women and was desperate to share one with him.
The allegations will be at the centre of a bitter custody battle for their kids Sean Preston, one, and two-month-old Jayden James.
A family source close to Federline said he was “prepared to reveal everything in court”.
The insider added: “Britney has told him more than once she is sexually attracted to women and men equally.
“She has asked Kevin many times if they could have a threesome.”
Federline is furious after Britney filed for divorce two weeks ago.
The wannabe rapper — who is penning a tell-all book — will claim Britney is guilty of a string of mishaps involving Sean Preston.

Britney Spears is back in action with her post-breakup tour taking her to Las Vegas where she hit the town with Mario Lopez and Paris Hilton.
Spears was spotted in the Palms Casino Resort wearing a pink wig and big, dark sunglasses while talking to the casino's owner George Maloof. Spears also went into the Palms' recording studio with producer Lukasz Gottwald to mix tracks on her new album.
Spears was also introduced to Lopez and they headed to the Moon Nightclub with a small group of friends. The singer later met up with Hilton at Tryst in the Venetian

Britney Spears was spotted yesterday boarding a private jet, leaving Kentwood, rumored to be headed for Las Vegas. Brit carried on Sean Preston, 14 months, while her other son Jayden James, 2 months, was carried on board by someone else.

Britney Spears abandoned a recording trip to Miami, Florida last weekend to spend time with her family in Louisiana instead.
Britney Spears enjoyed dinner on Monday night at a restaurant in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana accompanied by members of her family and was photographed kissing son Sean Preston on the head when he began to cry. During her stay, she also paid a visit to longtime family friend Nyla Price, 55, who owns Nyla's Burger Basket in nearby Osyka, Mississippi, a Spears family favourite, along with her kids and other friends and family.

It's still being determined if it's really Spears and hubby. The
19-second clip shows a woman similar looks to Britney giving head to estranged husband Kevin Federline.
The footage appeared on adult video-sharing website PornoTube.
The spokesman for the website stated: "It really looks like Britney Spears. I even had my co-worker check it out, and she thinks its Britney, too."
It's not the first time this steamy clip was reportedly threatened to slip through the cracks and be exposed. It also, happened in 2005, but never made it to the public.
Britney and Kevin could not take legal action until they viewed the tape themselves. They watched the clip with their attorneys. As of yet, no legal actions have taken place.

Finally, they got divorced!!
Britney Spears finally did it! She filed Tuesday to divorce loser Kevin Federline. The reason: "irreconcilable differences".
The divorce papers, do not mention a prenuptial agreement and Spears requests for custody of the couple's two children, she will allow visitation rights for Federline.
Spears' declaration that she and Federline had no community assets indicate the pair had a prenuptial agreement and don't want to disclose to the court their divorce settlement, said Leon Bennett, a divorce attorney. Reported Yahoo News.
