And, says a source close to Federline, "when she's upset with him, he likes to give her some space. I don't think she's upset with him because of something specific he's done. Fending off criticisms regarding her questionable parenting, Britney Spears has told People Magazine that paparazzi are "crossing the line" with their aggressive behaviour before discussing her impending musical comeback.Spears admits her actions last week (which involved her driving with infant son Sean Preston seated unbelted on her lap) were a mistake on her part. However, also relates to the lose-lose situation she finds herself in. "I've pulled over and asked the cops, 'Could you please help me? They've been driving recklessly back there,'" the pop star explained. "And they say, 'Sorry ma'am, I can't help you. This is how it is.' I mean, Princess Diana got killed by one of these people. They're crossing the line."Despite all the scepticism on her behaviour Spears insists she's happy. "I sound bitter," she confessed to People. "I'm not bitter. I'm doing great. I really am. I'm happy." Doesn't really sound all that convincing but anyhoo…On a lighter note she also spoke to People about wanting to get back on the music scene, saying she is "hungry" to return to music after her year and a half long maternity leave. Guess that leaves K-Fed as the stay-at-home Dad. "It's been boring," says Spears of the current pop scene. "Nothing's been wow to me."

New mom Jennifer Garner is determined to shed her baby fat because she doesn't want to wind up looking like fellow new mom Britney Spears.
According to a report the Star, Garner was shocked into motivation in losing weight when she saw an unfattering picture of the former toned pop tart Brit.
"The recent picture of a double-chinned Britney must have been a wake up call for Jen," says a friend of the actress. I heard pictures like that terrified her into seeing how she could become."
As a result says the source, Jen is even more determined to get back her fabulous body.
"It showed Jen that unless she shook herself out of the new mom thing she's in, she'll just sit back, eat more and soon outweigh Britney."
I think most celebrity moms can quickly get back their hot bodies after their pregnancy.

Just when things are starting to mend in New Orleans, the city was dealt a crushing blow when Britney Spears announced that she will be a part of the Mardi Gras celebration this year. We are just praying to God that she won't sing.
Britney Spears, a Louisiana native, will celebrate Mardi Gras in New Orleans later this month when the devastated city hopes to revive some its old partying ways.
"I am honored to be a part of the Mardi Gras celebration in New Orleans this year," Spears said in a statement Monday. "It is so important for this amazing city to continue its annual traditions and I am really looking forward to being involved."
The 24-year-old pop star will appear on ABC's "Good Morning America" on Feb. 28 (7 a.m EST), when the morning show reports live from New Orleans. ABC announced that Spears will bring "surprises for a group of very deserving young residents."
The Mardi Gras parade season will run from Feb. 18-28; Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras Day, is Feb. 28.
Spears grew up in Kentwood, and has participated in fundraisers for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
No word on if her trashy husband will be participating as well. I am assuming since booze and women will be present, we'll see Kevin in attendance.
